Terms of Use
Last updated: January 2025
1. The site
VibeCoder Starter Kit (vibecoderstarterkit.com) is a personal project operated by a solo developer. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. The starter kit product
License
When you purchase the Starter Kit, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the files for your own projects — commercial or personal. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly.
What you get
The Starter Kit is a set of files: code templates, configuration examples, documentation, and checklists. It is not a service. It does not include support, updates beyond v1 improvements, or any guarantees about outcomes.
Refunds
If you purchased and the download doesn't work, email me at hello@vibecoderstarterkit.com within 14 days and I'll either fix the issue or refund you. I don't offer refunds based on "I changed my mind" after downloading, but I'm reasonable — if you bought it and genuinely can't use it, reach out.
3. No earnings claims
Nothing on this site promises or implies that using the Starter Kit will generate income, replace a job, or produce any specific financial result. Building local apps is a skill-building exercise. Outcomes depend on you.
4. Disclaimer
The code and content on this site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own risk. I'm not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or the Starter Kit files.
5. Intellectual property
The site content, brand, and design are owned by the operator. Journal posts and artifact content are under a CC BY-NC 4.0 license unless otherwise noted. You may quote and link with attribution.
6. External links
This site links to Stripe for payment processing and other third-party services. I am not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled informally first — email me.
